No Sugar Added Fruit Dip Spread

What you’ll need:

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt (full fat)

  • 1/4 sugar free fruit spread of your choice

  • 2 tsp of honey (if not sweet enough for your liking)

Combine all ingredients above and mix well. Can serve immediately or cover and place in the fridge until ready to use. If using it as a dip for your children’s lunches, place the dip on a freezer cold pack.
