Healthy Fruit Parfait

Fruit parfaits can be part of a well-balanced breakfast or added to any school lunch! This is a recipe we love to share time and time again, because it’s so healthy, delicious, and easy!

Just add a dollop of your favourite County Fare No Sugar fruit spread to a bowl of full fat, organic yogurt. Then, top with fresh fruit, and finish with a sprinkle with granola. If you’re sending it with a kid’s lunch, keep the granola separate until they are ready to eat.
